Mineta San Jose International Airport has two pickup locations for our vehicles.

Terminal A - In the second floor of the garage just north and south of the terminal entrance.
Terminal C - Outside, same side of street, just south of baggage claim.

When making a reservation, please give us the following information for airport pickups/dropoffs

• Your airline and flight number
• Number of passengers
  
• Pieces of luggage
  
• Whether your flight is domestic or international

  For Airport Dropoff, we will drop you off at the appropriate airline entrance gate on the curb.
  For Airport Pickup, we can either do a curbside pickup, or meet you at the gate.

  San Jose Airport Curbside Pickup: Please call your driver's mobile phone as soon as your luggage has arrived. Due to security restrictions, cars generally cannot wait on the curb.
  Please wait at the second curb which is for taxis.

  San Jose Airport Gate Pickup: Please talk to one of our representatives to arrange special gate pickup. Our driver will meet your party with a special name placard.
