Oakland Airport has two terminals. Terminal 2 serves Southwest, and Terminal 1 servers all other airlines. When making a reservation, please give us the following information for airport pickups/dropoffs

• Your airline and flight number
• Number of passengers
  
• Pieces of luggage
  
• Whether your flight is domestic or international

  For Airport Dropoff, we will drop you off at the appropriate airline entrance gate on the curb.
  For Airport Pickup, we can either do a curbside pickup, or meet you at the gate.

  Oakland Airport Curbside Pickup: Please call your driver's mobile phone as soon as your luggage has arrived. Due to security restrictions, cars generally cannot wait on the curb.
  Please wait at the second curb which is for taxis.

  Oakland Airport Gate Pickup: Please talk to one of our representatives to arrange special gate pickup. Our driver will meet your party with a special name placard.
